I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

You will receive a tracking number and url within 3-4 days of readiness of your order to track your shipment at every stage. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to become active and check the readiness dates that were shared via email at the time of placing your order. 

Packages once dispatched generally take within 5-7 working days anywhere within India. If haven’t received your order even after 10 days of recieving the tracking details, please email us at olieliving@gmail.com.

I GAVE YOU THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS - CAN I CHANGE IT?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as you can and we’ll take care of it. Please include information such as order number and the date when order was placed. However, we reserve the right to be helpless if your order has already been shipped. 

WHAT'S YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Once you have placed an order for a lamp, the piece is being custom-made for you. Your order cannot be reversed nor cancelled. If for some reason there is an emergency and you cannot go ahead with the order - send us an email at olieliving@gmail.com and we will try to issue store credit against the order (applicable only if notified within one week of placing your order).

If your accessory arrives damaged, please contact us to arrange an exchange within 36 hours of receipt with images of the box before and after it was opened.

If notified within 36 hours of receipt, you can ship the damaged piece back in well-packed condition for the team at Olie to investigate the source of damage and get back to you with a solution.

I LIVE OUTSIDE INDIA, AND WANT TO OWN AN OLIE PRODUCT. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of India currently. If however, you would like to place your order and pick it up from our studio - please type in the code ' PICKUP ' at the time of checkout and you can pick up the order and arrange the shipping at your discretion.

HOW DOES THE ' PICKUP ' CODE WORK?

We try our best to be a 'green' company. Packing and shipping our lamps involves packing material like bubble wrap, and boxes as well as all that transit that we would like to avoid if possible. If you live in Bangalore or are able to arrange a pick-up from the studio to transport your order yourself, then we are happy to offer you a flat 5% discount on your order for your trouble plus a big hug and thank you on behalf of the environment! Please enter the code : PICKUP in our discount code box while checking out to avail.

However, please note that once the code is applied, Free shipping is no longer valid for your order and if shipping is required you will be charged the shipping amount additionally. 

Orders that are marked for 'PICKUP' are stored at the studio for a maximum period of 30 days after which if still not claimed, they become property of Olie to resell or use at our discretion.

DO YOU DESIGN CUSTOM PIECES OR COLLABORATE ON PROJECTS?

We are a design studio and happy to design bespoke pieces wherever possible, and have worked on a large variety of custom lighting installation projects. Please get in touch at olieliving@gmail.com with details of your project and we will get back to you in 48 hours.

HOW CAN I CLEAN THE LIGHTS I ORDER FROM OLIE?

All lighting can be dusted clean with a dry cloth/ vaccumed with care on upholstery setting. Please take care to dust carefully so as to not damage your product.

IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT, WILL MY MONEY BE RETURNED IN FULL?

Unfortunately we can’t refund the money if you are unhappy with the product. Liking or not liking a product can be very subjective so we won't be able to take responsibility for that.

**Please note that all images of products are for representation purposes only, and may have slight variations in fabric, texture and colour from the product in hand. Please note that minor differences in colour, printing and placement of the print are not considered defects, but are part of the intrinsic hand made and hand printed nature of our products and are what makes each piece special.
