I JUST PLACED AND ORDER. WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?
Your purchase will be shipped within 48 hrs of placing your order and completing payment unless you have ordered a lamp and shipping times mentioned are different. In this case, it will be shipped as per the mentioned timelines + 48 hours.
Daily shipments are dispatched at 7 pm IST on most days. Your order will be shipped 6 out of 7 days a week (excluding Sundays). You will receive a tracking number and url within 3-4 days of placing your order, to track your shipment at every stage. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to become active.
Packages once dispatched generally take within 4-5 working days anywhere within India, and 4-10 days if shipping outside India. If haven’t received your order even after 10 days of ordering (excluding lighting orders), please email us at email@example.com. We will help you!

OH NO ! I GAVE YOU THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS - CAN I CHANGE IT?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as you can and we’ll take care of it. Please include information such as order number and the date when order was placed. However, we reserve the right to be helpless if your order has already been shipped. We'll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you never get.
WHAT'S YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We offer a one-time exchange or store credit for new, unused Olie accessories (with no damages) in their original packaging within two weeks of receipt. Exchanges can be arranged if shipping charges for return of initial carrier from your address and shipping of newly chosen product is covered by and taken responsibility for by you, the customer. Olie will dispatch your newly chosen exchange accessory once initial product and final payment for shipping is received.
Please note: All custom, one of-a-kind, and sale accessories and lamps are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
However, if your accessory arrives damaged, please contact us to arrange an exchange.Our goal at Olie is for you to enjoy and love your carecrafted accessory. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, so please do not hesitate to write to us with any concerns and we will definitely help you out!

Yes. We ship anywhere in the world. Customs fees and import duties vary by country, and are the full responsibility of you the customer. We try our best to label and send our packages with sufficient documentation to minimize costs as much as possible.
DO YOU DESIGN CUSTOM PIECES OR COLLABORATE ON PROJECTS?
We are happy to design custom pieces wherever possible, and have worked on a large variety of custom lighting installation projects and corporate/ gifting orders. However a minimum order quantity may apply. We love to collaborate on interesting projects – from furniture to product, graphics/illustration, interiors and fashion! HOW SHOULD I LOOK AFTER MY OLIE PRODUCTS?
All our products are hand printed and hand made should be looked after with love! Please check the product details for specific care instructions, but in general we recommend that most products are dry cleaned and kept out of direct sunlight. Banana fibre is a pure natural fibre just like silk and needs to be looked after, all accessories with banana fibre must be drycleaned only. If you are hand or machine washing products (only products without banana fibre in them, natural fibres alongwith fabric must be looked after well and only be dry cleaned), we recommend you use a non-biological detergent with no optical whiteners, bleaching agents or enzymes as these can cause colours to fade or become patchy. All our fabrics are 100% natural and printed with water based inks. As with all natural fabrics, they may fade with time.
All lighting accessories and storage and stationery, can be dusted clean. Please take care to dust carefully so as to not damage your product.
WHERE CAN I GET A CUSHION FILLER?
Cushion fillers are easily available. In the UK try John Lewis, Dunelm or Merrick & Day. In the USA try Pottery Barn or Crate and Barrel. In India try local markets or Shoppers Stop. Our cushions are standard sizes, but if you can’t find the exact size, try a size slightly bigger for a plump look when filled. For our 16x16 inch cushion covers we use fillers with a weight of 600 grams for a nice, fluffy look.

IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT, WILL MY MONEY BE RETURNED IN FULL?
Unfortunately we can’t refund the money if you are unhappy with the product. Liking or not liking a product can be very subjective so we won't be able to take responsibility for that.

Please note that minor differences in colour, printing and placement of the print are not considered defects, but are part of the intrinsic hand made and hand printed nature of our products and are what makes each piece special.
