SHIPPING POLICY:

The order will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Domestic & International shipping:
We ship via DTDC, Delhivery or FedEx.  All shipping is calculated by the DTDC , Delhivery or FedEx based on your shipping location

Delivery Time:
The product will be dispatched as mentioned in product description.

For lighting, please take note of timelines mentioned on the page of the product you have ordered. 

TERMINATION:

a)   Olie.co.in may suspend or terminate your use of the Website or any Service if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that you have breached, violated, abused, or unethically manipulated or exploited any term of these Terms or anyway otherwise acted unethically.

b)  Notwithstanding Section 15.a above, these Terms will survive indefinitely unless and until olie.co.in chooses to terminate them.

c)   If you or Olie.co.in terminates your use of the Website or any Service, Olie.co.in may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the Service and Olie.co.in will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so.

d)  You shall be liable to pay for any Service or product that you have already ordered till the time of Termination by either party whatsoever. Further, you shall be entitled to your royalty payments as per the User License Agreement that has or is legally deemed accrued to you.

GOVERNING LAW:

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.

SEVERABILITY:

If any provision of the Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions of these Terms shall continue to be in full force and effect.

REPORT ABUSE:

As per these Terms, users are solely responsible for every material or content uploaded on to the Website. Users can be held legally liable for their contents and may be held legally accountable if their contents or material include, for example, defamatory comments or material protected by copyright, trademark, etc. If you come across any abuse or violation of these Terms, please report to amrita@olie.co.in

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive, via email, a confirmation. Once a product is confirmed, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

RETURN POLICY

 

*LIGHTING ONCE ORDERED CANNOT BE RETURNED, CANCELLED OR EXCHANGED.

We follow a no return or refund policy on all lighting items once the ordered is confirmed.

However, If the product arrives damaged. This should be brought to our notice with images of box before opening and after opening within 24 hours of receipt so we can take it up with the courier company . If the product is damaged or defective we will replace the piece. To be eligible for replacement of the lighting fixture the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The shipping charges for a return shipment are to be borne by the customer. Once we receive the damaged piece, we will evaluate the damage and let you know what can be done to fix the piece at the earliest and have it shipped back to you. 

If it has been more than 24 hours, the replacement policy will be considered void. All repairs/ replacement will be chargeable.

HOW DOES THE ' PICKUP ' CODE WORK?

We try our best to be a 'green' company. Packing and shipping our lamps involves packing material like bubble wrap, and boxes as well as all that transit that we would like to avoid if possible. If you live in Bangalore or are able to arrange a pick-up from the studio to transport your order yourself, then we are happy to offer you a flat 5% discount on your order if the PICKUP code is applied. Please enter the code : PICKUP in our discount code box while checking out to avail.
However, please note that once the code is applied, Free shipping is no longer valid for your order and if shipping is required you will be charged the shipping amount additionally. 
Orders that are marked for 'PICKUP' are stored at the studio for a maximum period of 30 days after which if still not claimed, they become property of Olie to resell or use at our discretion.

 

COST OF RETURN SHIPPING: 

If you are returning a purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping. Your return will be processed within ten business days and we will notify you with your new shipment.

In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
