REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY :
LIGHTING:
We follow a no return or refund policy on all lighting items once the ordered is confirmed.
However, If the product arrives damaged. This should be brought to our notice with images of box before opening and after opening within 24 hours of receipt so we can take it up with the courier company . If the product is damaged or defective we will replace the piece. To be eligible for replacement of the lighting fixture the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The shipping charges for a return shipment are to be borne by the customer. Once we receive the damaged piece, we will evaluate the damage and let you know of what can be done to fix the piece at the earliest and have it shipped back to you.
If it has been more than 24 hours, the replacement policy is void. All repairs/ replacement will be chargeable.
