Each Olie series begins with an obsession - a phenomenon observed in the natural world that we choose to dwell within. Through light and shadow, we imagine this world anew - developing evolving bodies of work shaped by curiosity and wonder.  Each series unfolds as an ongoing exploration of material, translucency, and form, resulting in sculptural works where light is not just illumination, but atmosphere.
